Happy New Year from the Provincial Grand Master

To all the brethren in the Province of Ayrshire, I extend my warmest greetings and best wishes to you and your families for a Happy and Prosperous New Year.

As we step into 2024, I am filled with great hope that our province will continue to go from strength to strength. This is a time to reflect on our achievements and set our sights on new horizons.

Together, as a province, we have achieved much in the last year, raising considerable sums for charity, providing support and benevolence, and engaging in new fund-raising activities including the Masons for Munros and Teddies with Loving Care initiatives. It's fair to say that Ayrshire Freemasons have made a valuable contribution to our communities in these and in other charitable activities.

Most all though brethren, we have continued to foster the bonds of brotherhood that define this ancient and honourable fraternity of ours. Through our regular lodge meetings, divine services, social and fund-raising events, Burns Suppers, sporting events and the many other occasions wherein we meet as Masons, the fraternal ties between us grow ever stronger. We have welcomed many new members in the past year, and by virtue of your efforts I am sure we will welcome many more in the year to come.

I thank each and every one of you for all the hard work you've done supporting your lodges and the province - it's because of your efforts that our Masonic traditions continue to thrive.

Looking forward, let us continue in our endeavours for the benefit of our communities and for the continued enjoyment of our Masonic journey.

May 2024 bring each of you good health, happiness, and prosperity, and let us continue to work together to make our province a beacon of Masonic light and excellence.

Happy New Year to you all.

Sincerely and Fraternally

James Bell
