Lodge Prestwick No.1060 : Ayrshire Young Masons Tracing Board Lectures
On Saturday the 8th of August 2026 Bro. James Bell RWPGM accompanied by a very large Deputation of Provincial Grand Lodge Office-bearers attend a very busy Lodge Prestwick No.1060 where they were very warmly welcomed into the Lodge by Bro William Cowan RWM of No.1060 and the assembled brethren.
The deputation was further enhanced from out with the Province of Ayrshire with a Deputation from the Provincial Grand Lodge of Kilwinning headed by Bro. Tom Wood RWPGM who was accompanied by Bro. Wilson Aitken PPGM and representatives of Young Masons from the Provinces of Glasgow, Lanarkshire Middle Ward & Renfrewshire East.
The purpose of the day was for the Ayrshire young Masons to host an afternoon of Masonic education with the subject being the three tracing boards of the 3 established degrees in Freemasonry.
The three Tracing boards were expertly delivered by three very experienced Past Masters to the great satisfaction of the assembled Brethren

A fantastic day of Freemasonry was had by all with over £400 raised for the AYM charities Combat Stress and Talking Benches
A huge thankyou to Bro. Alan Hill from Lodge Prestwick No.1060 who kindly donated a signed Ayr Utd top for the raffle and to all the Brethren who donated prizes on the day.
