A Wonderful Milestone for Teddies for Loving Care
The Provincial Grand Lodge of Ayrshire is delighted to celebrate a truly magnificent milestone — over 5,000 teddies have now been donated to paediatric units across Ayrshire.
This wonderful initiative, driven by Bro. Billy Grant SPGM, has brought together the generosity, commitment and community spirit of the brethren throughout the Province of Ayrshire.
The Teddies for Loving Care initiative provides a simple but incredibly meaningful gift to children attending hospital, helping to comfort and reassure them during what can often be a frightening or stressful experience.
Over the course of the initiative, brethren from lodges across the Province have supported the campaign through donations, fundraising and personal involvement. Their continued generosity has made it possible to reach this incredible milestone and ensure that thousands of children have received a teddy to take home.
This milestone is something that the whole Province can be extremely proud of. The generosity shown by the brethren demonstrates the strong commitment of Freemasonry in Ayrshire to supporting local communities and making a positive difference to the lives of others.
