Men's Mental Health: Ayrshire Young Masons

On Saturday the 31st of January 2026 the Ayrshire Young Masons held a Men’s Mental Health talk within the Lodge St. John Royal Arch Saltcoats & Ardrossan No.320 Social Club.

This event was open to both Masons & Non-Masons from across Ayrshire and on the day there were speakers from both Combat Stress & The Ayrshire Talking Bench. All speakers were fantastic and explained how their respective charities help people in their own unique way.

Both talks were well received by all who attended the day and some great information was provided on what help is out there to support individuals who may need it.

The Ayrshire Young Masons are fundraising throughout 2026 to help raise money for both Combat Stress and the Ayrshire Talking Bench.

We currently have ‘AYM Supporting Men’s Mental Health’ wrist bands for sale at £3/ea.
