Installation: Lodge St. Maurs No. 1398 RWM Bro. David Gilchrist.

On Friday 5th of December 2025 Bro. James Bell RWPGM headed a large Deputation from the Provincial Grand Lodge of Ayrshire into Lodge St. Maurs No. 1398 where they witnessed the Installation of Bro. David Gilchrist and Office-bearers.

Bro. James Bell RWPGM and the Deputation were warmly welcomed into the Lodge by By Bro. Bobby McCorriston RWM and the assembled brethren, RWPGM thanked the RWM and the Brethren for the warmth of the welcome and congratulated the RWM for all his hard work and the way in which he has conducted the Lodge in the past 2 years as RWM of 1398.

The Installing masters for the evening were Bro. Dan Bamford PM 1398, Bro. Paul Devlin PM 1398 and Bro. Jim Kurth PM 1398 .

The brethren witnessed a wonderful ceremony of installation by three very experienced installing Masters.

Bro. James Bell RWPGM was first to congratulate Bro. David Gilchrist RWM and wished him and the Office-bearers a very successful year in Office.

He also congratulated the Installing Masters on an excellent Ceremony of Installation.

A fine hour was spent in harmony.
