Installation: Lodge St. Matthew Kilwinning Dreghorn No.549 RWM Bro. Ian Barrie Brough

On Saturday 7th of February 2026 Bro. William Grant SPGM accompanied by a large Deputation of Provincial Grand Lodge of Ayrshire Office-bearers attended the annual Installation of Lodge St. Matthew Kilwinning Dreghorn No.549, where they witnessed the Installation of Bro. Ian Barrie Brough and his Office-bearers.

Bro. William Grant SPGM and the Deputation were warmly welcomed into the Lodge by Bro. George Bilby IPM and the assembled Brethren. The SPGM thanked the RWM and the Brethren for the warmth of their welcome.

The Installing Masters for the afternoon were Bro. John McIntyre PM 549, Bro. Matthew Milligan PM 549 and Bro. Alan Brighton PM 549.

The Brethren witnessed a wonderful ceremony of Installation by the three very experienced Installing Masters.

Bro. William Grant SPGM was first to congratulate Bro. Ian Barrie Brough

RWM and wished him and the Office-bearers a very successful year in Office.

A fine hour of harmony followed.
