On Saturday 1st February Bro. John Muir SPGM headed a Deputation from the Provincial Grand Lodge of Ayrshire into Lodge St. Matthew Kilwinning No.549 in Dreghorn where they witnessed the Installation of Bro Ian Brough.
The Installation ceremony was carried out to a very high standard by the Installing Masters.
The Installing Masters were Bro. John McIntyre PM 549 , Bro. Matthew Milligan PM 549 & Bro. Alan Brighton PM 549.
Bro. John Muir SPGM addressed Bro. Ian Brough RWM and the Brethren. He was first to congratulate the newly installed RWM on taking the chair once again in his mother Lodge, wishing him and the newly installed Office-bearers a very successful year in office and looked forward to seeing the RWM and Wardens at the PGLA quarterly communications and Divine Services.
A very enjoyable evening was then spent in Harmony, wishing the Brethren of Lodge St. Matthew Kilwinning No.549 a very successful year ahead.
