Installation: Lodge St. James Newton-upon-Ayr No.125 RWM Bro. Stewart Howie

On Saturday 13th of December 2025 Bro. James Bell RWPGM headed a large Deputation from the Provincial Grand Lodge of Ayrshire into Lodge St. James Newton-upon-Ayr No.125 where they witnessed the Installation of Bro. Stewart Howie and Office-bearers.

Bro. James Bell RWPGM and the Deputation were warmly welcomed into the Lodge by By Bro. Daniel Dunlop PM and the assembled Brethren. The RWPGM thanked the RWM and the Brethren for the warmth of their welcome.

The Installing Masters for the evening were Bro. Mervyn Stuart PM 125, Bro. Alfred Bates PM 125 and Bro. Graeme Dunn PM 125.

The Brethren witnessed a wonderful ceremony of Installation by three very experienced Installing Masters and congratulations to Bro. Alfred Bates PM for his first time installing he set the bar very high for the future.

Bro. James Bell RWPGM was first to congratulate Bro. Stuart Howie RWM and wished him and the Office-bearers a very successful year in Office.

Bro. Stuart McCall SPGM also addressed the Brethren and congratulated the Brethren of 125 and wished them a very successful year in office and he also congratulated the Installing Masters on an excellent Ceremony of Installation.

A fine hour was spent in harmony.
