Installation: Lodge Girvan St. Johns' No.237 RWM Bro. Derek McClung

On Saturday 17th January 2026 Bro. John Muir SPGM accompanied by a large Deputation of Provincial Grand Lodge of Ayrshire Office-bearers attended the annual Installation of Lodge St. Johns' Girvan No.237, where they witnessed the Installation of Bro. Derek McClung and his Office-bearers.

Bro. John Muir SPGM and the Deputation were warmly welcomed into the Lodge by the RWM and the assembled Brethren. The SPGM thanked the RWM and the Brethren for the warmth of their welcome.

The Installing Masters for the afternoon were Bro. Robert McMaster PM 237, Bro. David Wason PM 566 and Bro. James McDonald PM 1212.

The Brethren witnessed a wonderful ceremony of Installation by the three very experienced Installing Masters.

Bro. John Muir SPGM was first to congratulate Bro. Derek McClung RWM and wished him and the Office-bearers a very successful year in Office.

A fine hour of harmony followed.
