On the 7th of November several members of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Ayrshire witnessed two stalwarts of Ayrshire freemasonry receive Honorary Membership of Lodge Fergusson st James Dailly 566, Bro Tommy Townsley PM 1212 and Bro Jim Mcdonald PM 1212.
Both Brethren were presented to the RWM by Bro Robert Green Doc who then conferred Honorary Membership on Bro Tommy and Bro Jim.
RWM David Wason then spoke fondly of both brothers and thanked them graciously for the years of friendship and support to Lodge Fergusson st James Dailly 566.
Both Brothers replied by thanking the RWM and brethren for the great honour that they had received this evening and it was a privilege to have served the lodge over the years.
