Past Provincial Grand Master Archie Chalmers was Bestowed the great honour this evening at Lodge St Matthew Kilwinning Dreghorn 549.
Archie's dedication to Ayrshire freemasonry and in particular to Lodge St Matthew Kilwinning Dreghorn 549. Archie was rewarded with honorary membership for his years of research and the writing of the Lodges history which he had the honour of presenting at the Lodges 150th rededication ceremony in March 2024, Archie also had the privilage of assisting at the Lodges 125th celebrations in March 1999.
This evening his Mother Lodge Lodge Stewarton Thistle No.127 Headed by RWM Bro. Angus MacDonald conferred an EA Degree and then witnessed Archie receive this great Honour.
RWPGM Bro. Jim Bell was the first to congratulate Archie on his achievements and spoke fondly of Archie's dedication to Ayrshire Freemasonry.
